本文件依据洁净室及相关受控环境空气中具体化学物质（种、组或类）的浓度，对空气化学污染进行分级。同时，本文件分级技术要求，给出了包括检测方法、分析方法和时间加权系数在内的规程。
本文件目前只考虑洁净室运行工况下空气中100g/m3～10-12g/m3的化学污染物浓度。
本文件不涉及那些空气中虽有化学物质存在、但不认为对产品或工艺有危害风险的行业、工艺和生产。
本文件无意探讨空气化学污染物的特性。
本文件不包含对表面化学污染的分级。
