Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and delivery conditions for precision hot-forged steel parts (hereinafter referred to as "hot-forged parts").
This standard applies to rotary-bodied hot-forged parts with a weight of less than 18 kg and an outer diameter of no more than 230 mm, which are produced using high-precision molds, dedicated mold frames, and equipment.
