Scope
1.1 This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, quality certificates, order content, etc. for the delivery of casting master alloy rods (hereinafter referred to as master alloys) made by vacuum or non-vacuum melting.
1.2 This standard applies to casting master alloys used for high-temperature alloy ordinary precision casting parts, directionally solidified columnar crystals, and single-crystal castings.
1.3 When the provisions in the contract agreement or special technical documents are inconsistent with those in this standard, the provisions in the contract or special technical documents shall prevail.
