Scope

This document provides the classification and marking, structure, and parameters of elastic damping spring couplings (hereinafter referred to as "couplings"), stipulates the technical requirements for couplings, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage, and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, and acceptance of couplings used in power devices such as ships, diesel locomotives, diesel generator sets, heavy vehicles, and industrial diesel engine power units to adjust the natural frequency of mechanical systems, reduce the amplitude of resonance, and with an allowable ambient temperature of -30°C to 85°C.
