Scope
This standard specifies the code names, basic requirements, and work procedures for each stage of the revision of fire safety standards, as well as the formulation of standard amendment lists, the adjustment of standard project plans, and the promotion and daily management of standards.
This standard applies to the development and revision of national and industry fire safety standards. The development and revision of local fire safety standards can be carried out in accordance with this standard.
This standard does not apply to the development and revision of fire safety technical standards (fire codes) for engineering construction projects.
