Scope

本部分规定了设计和制造通过冲击力切割作物残茬、牧草以及小灌木丛,割台安装在牵引拖拉机或机器上,单个切割元件切割直径不小于1 000 mm的单割台或多割台农用牵引式、悬挂式、半悬挂式大型旋转式割草机的安全要求及其验证规则。本标准给出了消除或降低机器使用过程中发生危险的方法及在正常使用和维护过程中可合理预见因操作者误用发生危险的方法。本部分规定了制造商应提供的安全操作信息的类型。
注1: 机器可用于切割牧草。本部分未规定机器用于农业之外应具备的附加要求。
本部分不适用于下列机器:
——GB/T 10395.25涉及收获饲料作物的旋转圆盘式割草机、转鼓式割草机以及甩刀式割草机;
——大型旋转式悬臂割草机;
——步进式电动割草机;
——GB 10395.11涉及的动力草坪割草机。
根据本部分规定设计和制造的机器,当本部分规定与GB 10395.1规定不同时,本部分规定优先于GB 10395.1。
本部分涉及了制造商预定和预见条件下使用大型旋转式割草机相关的所有重大危险、危险状态和危险事件。(重大危险一览表参见附录A。)
注2:本部分涉及的两种割草机(刚性平台大型旋转式割草机和履带式多段折叠翼大型旋转式割草机)图例参见C.1。
注3: 本部分未涉及割草机图例参见C.2。
本部分不涉及环境危险、道路安全、电磁兼容性、振动及与动力传动部件相关的危险。不涉及与专业维修人员维修和保养相关的危险。
注4: GB 21398规定了评价所有移动式农业机械电磁兼容性的试验方法和验收准则。
