本文件规定了高速齿轮传动装置1)(以下简称“齿轮装置”)的产品代号、外形尺寸、技术要求、整机检验方法、随机文件和专用工具,以及标志、包装、运输、贮存。本文件适用于石油、化工、电力、冶金等行业中以滑动轴承支撑、齿廓符合GB/T 1356、小齿轮转速不低于3 000 r/min或节圆线速度不小于30 m/s的外啮合渐开线平行轴圆柱硬齿面的齿轮传动装置。其他类似结构的高速齿轮传动装置可参照本文件执行。本文件不适用于与原动机或工作机等其他旋转设备做成一体的齿轮传动装置。
