本文件规定了由于头部结构而降低承载能力的内六角平圆头螺钉的型式尺寸、技术要求、标志和标签及标记。
本文件适用于螺纹规格为M3～M16，粗牙螺纹，性能等级为8.8、10.9、12.9/12.9、A270、A470、A480，产品等级为A级，降低承载能力，钢和不锈钢制内六角平圆头螺钉(以下简称“螺钉”)。
注：需对降低承载能力（与本文件中规定的头部尺寸和内六角插入深度有关）的最小拉力载荷进行标记（性能等级前增加“0”）。对于所有规格和所有性能等级，头部承载能力按全承载能力的80%计算（见表4）。
