Scope

This document specifies the classification and marking, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, labels, and accompanying documents, as well as packaging, transportation, and storage for low-oxygen high-carbon continuous silicon carbide fibers (hereinafter referred to as "fibers"). This document applies to the inspection and acceptance of low-oxygen high-carbon continuous silicon carbide fibers with bundle specifications of 0.5 K and 1 K. The inspection and acceptance of fibers with other specifications can be referenced for use.
