Scope

This document specifies the type, materials, design, manufacturing, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, coating, storage and transportation, design service life, and factory documents of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders for motor vehicles (hereinafter referred to as vehicle cylinders). This document is applicable to the design and manufacture of LPG cylinders for road motor vehicles and on-site motor vehicles that are used at ambient temperatures of -40 °C to 60 °C, with a nominal working pressure of 2.2 MPa and a nominal volume of 20 L to 240 L, and can be refilled repeatedly to meet the requirements of GB 19159.
