GB/T 33833-2026 Urban heating service

Scope

This document stipulates the general principles of urban heating services, heating quality, operation and maintenance, business and information, civilized construction, insurance and claims settlement, service quality evaluation, and service improvement requirements.
This document applies to services for heating users of civil buildings.
Note: The parties involved in heating services include urban heating operators, heating users, and heating management departments or agencies. The content covered by all parties in the heating service process includes but is not limited to the following:
a) Heating services provided by urban heating operators to heating users;
b) Heating users' compliant heating usage;
c) Evaluation of heating service quality by heating users, heating management departments or agencies.
