GB/T 34912-2024 Guide for energy-saving design of industrial boiler systems
Basic Information
Scope
This document provides guidance on the overall principles of energy-saving design for industrial boiler systems, including the selection of boilers, steam systems and equipment, fuel and ash storage and transportation systems and equipment, air and smoke systems and equipment, waste heat recovery, equipment and pipeline insulation, monitoring and control, energy-saving design in high-altitude environments, and calculation methods for energy-saving indicators of industrial boiler systems. This document is applicable to the energy-saving design and modification of industrial steam boiler systems using water as the medium, with a single boiler's rated outlet steam pressure ranging from 0.1 MPa to 3.8 MPa and a rated steam temperature of less than or equal to 450 ℃, as well as industrial hot water boiler systems with a rated outlet water pressure ranging from 0.1 MPa to 2.5 MPa.
