This part of GB/T 14456 specifies the definition, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of large-leaved green tea. This part applies to raw tea (also known as unprocessed tea) made from the buds, leaves, and tender stems of large-leaved tea trees, which are processed through such techniques as withering, rolling, and drying, as well as to refined tea (also known as finished tea) made through techniques such as shaping and sorting.
