NB/T 10148-2019 Microgrids—Part 1:Guidelines for microgrid projects planning and specification
Basic Information
Scope
This section provides guidelines for the planning and design of microgrids. In this section, a microgrid refers to an AC electrical system that includes medium- and low-voltage loads and distributed energy resources (DERs). This section does not cover DC microgrids.
Microgrids are divided into grid-connected microgrids and independent microgrids. Independent microgrids have no electrical connection to the public grid; grid-connected microgrids are a controlled part of the power system and can operate in the following two modes:
——Grid-connected mode;
——Islanded mode.
This section mainly includes the following content:
——Application scope of microgrids, resource analysis, power generation forecasting, and load forecasting;
——DER planning and microgrid power system planning;
——Technical requirements for DERs, microgrid access to the distribution network, microgrid control, protection, and communication systems, etc.;
——Evaluation of microgrid projects.
