This standard specifies the definition, requirements, grades, test methods, packaging, marking, storage, and transportation requirements for bee pollen.
This standard applies to granular (particulate) bee pollen or crushed bee pollen collected by worker bees, but does not apply to broken-wall bee pollen or products processed from bee pollen as raw materials.
