Scope
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, storage, etc. of SWC large integral fork cross-shaft universal joints (hereinafter referred to as large universal joints).
This standard applies to large universal joints used to connect two drive shaft systems with different axes, with a turning diameter of 620 mm to 1,320 mm; a nominal torque transmission of 1,220 kN·m to 16,000 kN·m; and an axial angle of 5° to 15°.
