本文件规定了关于渐开线圆柱齿轮接触疲劳强度试验的原理、目的、方法、装备、失效判据、程序、数据处理以及试验报告。本文件适用于测定钢或铸铁材料渐开线圆柱齿轮齿面接触疲劳承载能力设计所需的基础数据,并适用于对比分析不同材料、不同工艺、不同修形方式等条件下齿轮的接触疲劳性能。其他材料齿轮或非渐开线齿轮的同类试验可参照使用。
