Scope

This document specifies the method of designating grades, order content, dimensions, shapes, weights, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates for sulfuric acid dew point corrosion-resistant steel plates and steel strips.
This document is applicable to sintering machine heads, environmental protection flue gas treatment equipment, power plant chimneys and air preheaters, desulfurization devices in the metallurgical industry, tobacco industry drying rooms, transmission towers, railway vehicles, and steel structures in acidic corrosion areas, etc., with a thickness of not more than 50 mm for sulfuric acid dew point corrosion-resistant hot-rolled single-roll steel plates and a thickness of not more than 25.4 mm for hot-rolled steel strips and their continuous-rolled steel plates (hereinafter referred to as steel plates and steel strips).
