Scope
This document specifies the performance and structural requirements of underground steel wire rope conveyor belts (hereinafter referred to as conveyor belts) using steel wire ropes as longitudinal tensile members. The design and structure of this document are applicable to the design of entire belts, as well as to the design of all specifications and models specified in GB/T 28267.2. Conveyor belts that comply with this document are mainly used in underground coal mines and other highly flammable and explosive environments with particularly high safety requirements.
Note: At present, only conveyor belts with a cover layer and adhesive made of chloroprene rubber can meet these requirements.
