Scope
1.1 本文件规定了承压设备系统实施基于风险的检验(RBI)项目的基本要求与实施程序。
1.2 本文件规定的基本要求与实施程序适用于石油化工装置承压设备系统实施的RBI项目,其他工业承压设备系统实施的RBI项目也可参照使用。
1.3 本文件适用于承压设备系统中以下设备及相关零部件实施的RBI项目:
a) 压力容器及其全部承压零部件;
b) 过程装置界区内及界区间的压力管道及其全部承压管道元件;
c) 常压储罐;
d) 动设备中承受内压的壳体;
e) 锅炉与加热炉中的承压零部件;
f) 安全阀等安全泄放装置。
1.4 本文件不适用于承压设备系统中以下设备及相关零部件:
a) 仪表与控制设备;
b) 电气设备;
c) 建、构筑物;
d) 泵与压缩机中除泵壳与压缩机外壳以外的机械部件。
