Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and usage information for bread slicing machines used to slice bread into slices.
This standard applies to bread slicing machines operated by professionals and not cleaned with sprayers.
This standard does not apply to:
——Test machines that are still being developed by manufacturers;
——Frame slicing machines composed of multiple horizontally moving blades;
——Household bread slicing machines specifically designed for public use;
——Bread slicing machines with a horizontal circular cutting system;
——Rectangular slicing machines used to cut or saw panel-sized products into small pieces.
