Scope
GB/T 33588的本部分规定了雷击计数器的要求和试验方法。雷击计数器对通过某一导体的雷电流进行计数，这类导体或是雷电防护系统(LPS)的某部分导体，或是连接到电涌保护器(SPD)的导体，或其他导体，而流经这些导体的雷击电流不能是大部分的雷击电流。
雷击计数器(LSC)亦适用于危险环境，安装在此条件下的部件需考虑必要的附加要求。
