Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, marking, packaging, storage, transportation, and safety of germanane.
This standard applies to germanane products obtained by methods such as reducing germanium chloride, electrolytically oxidizing germanium in sulfuric acid solution, and reacting germanium magnesium alloy with hydrochloric acid. It is used in fields such as chemical reagents, producing high-purity germanium, chemical vapor deposition, diffusion, amorphous silicon, epitaxy, and ion implantation.
