Scope

Scope: This part specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and shelf life of blueberry honey. This part applies to blueberry honey, but not to blueberry honey products. Main technical content: Sensory indicators: The color is yellow, with a unique taste and aroma, no abnormal odor. At room temperature, it is a viscous fluid, or partially or completely crystallized. Physical and chemical indicators: Water content ≤ 24%, fructose and glucose content ≥ 60%, sucrose ≤ 10%, acidity (Imol/L sodium hydroxide) ≤ 40 mL/kg, hydroxymethylfurfural ≤ 40 mg/kg, amylase activity (1% starch solution) ≥ 4 mI (g.h), ash ≤ 0.4%.
