Scope
Scope: This section stipulates the terms and definitions of blueberry beverages, technical requirements, food additives, hygiene requirements for production and processing, inspection rules, labels, marks, logos, instructions, packaging, transportation, storage, and shelf life. Main technical content: Sensory indicators: The product should have the appropriate color, smell, and taste, without any abnormal odor, and no visible foreign matter to the naked eye. A small amount of fruit pulp sediment is allowed, and the state should be uniform. Inspection method: Take a certain amount of mixed samples and place them in a 50ml colorless and transparent beaker. Observe the color under natural light, identify the smell, rinse with warm water, and taste to check for any foreign matter. Physicochemical indicators: Soluble solids ≥1.0g/100ml, total acid (as citric acid) ≥0.1g/100ml, juice (pulp) content ≥10%, lead (as Pb) ≤0.04/L, tin (as Sn) ≤150/g, food additives shall comply with the provisions of GB 2760 and relevant national announcements, and other pollutants shall comply with the provisions of GB 2761, GB 2763, and related announcements. Fungal toxin limits and maximum pesticide residue limits shall comply with the provisions of GB 2761, GB 2763, and relevant national announcements. Microbiological indicators: Products produced by canned processing shall comply with the requirements of commercial sterility and be measured according to the methods specified in GB 4789.26. Products in other packaging shall comply with: Mold ≤20CFU/mL, yeast ≤20CFU/mL.
