For wastewater discharge units in the electronics industry with their own thermal power generators (plants) and supporting power boilers, the self-monitoring requirements shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 820.

HJ 1252-2022 Discharge units' self-monitoring technical guidance for the animal husbandry industry

This standard specifies the general requirements for self-monitoring by wastewater discharge units in the livestock and poultry farming industry, the formulation of monitoring plans, and the basic contents and requirements for information recording and reporting. This standard applies to wastewater discharge units in the livestock and poultry farming industry conducting self-monitoring of water and air pollutants, noise, and the impact on the surrounding environmental quality during the production and operation phase. This standard does not apply to livestock and poultry farming enterprises that entirely adopt the resource utilization model to process livestock and poultry farming waste. The self-monitoring requirements for self-owned thermal power generators (plants) and supporting power boilers shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 820.

This standard specifies the general requirements for self-monitoring by wastewater discharge units in the metal casting industry, the formulation of monitoring plans, and the basic contents and requirements for information recording and reporting. This standard applies to self-monitoring by wastewater discharge units in the metal casting industry during the production and operation phase of their discharged water and air pollutants, noise, and their impact on the surrounding environmental quality. The self-monitoring requirements for self-owned thermal power generating units (plants) and supporting power boilers shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 820.

HJ 1250-2022 Guidelines for Self-Monitoring of Industrial Solid Waste and Hazardous Waste Management by Discharge Units

This standard specifies the general requirements for self-monitoring by industrial solid waste and hazardous waste treatment and discharge units, the formulation of monitoring plans, and the basic content and requirements for information recording and reporting. This standard applies to industrial solid waste and hazardous waste treatment and discharge units during the production and operation phase, for self-monitoring of water and air pollutants, noise, and the impact on the surrounding environmental quality. The self-monitoring requirements for general industrial solid waste and hazardous waste (including medical waste) incineration discharge units and self-built solid waste incineration facilities shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 1205; the self-monitoring requirements for facilities and discharge points for waste lead-acid solution disposal shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 1208; the self-monitoring requirements for auxiliary power boilers shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 820; and the self-monitoring requirements for other production facilities and discharge points not specified in this standard shall be implemented in accordance with the corresponding industry self-monitoring technical guidelines and HJ 819. The self-monitoring of solid waste utilization and disposal facilities and discharge points built by discharge units may refer to this standard for implementation.

HJ 1249-2022 Discharge units' self-monitoring technical guidance for oil storage facilities and gas stations

This standard specifies the general requirements for self-monitoring by oil storage facilities and gas stations, the formulation of monitoring plans, and the basic content and requirements for information recording and reporting. This standard applies to oil storage facilities (including the oil storage areas of docks) and gas stations listed in the "Classified Management List of Pollution Discharge Permits for Fixed Pollution Sources" that are subject to key management or simplified management of pollution discharge permits. These units shall conduct self-monitoring of water and air pollutants, noise, and the impact on the surrounding environmental quality during the production and operation phase. Oil storage facilities (including the oil storage areas of docks) and gas stations listed in the "Classified Management List of Pollution Discharge Permits for Fixed Pollution Sources" that are subject to registration management of pollution discharge permits may refer to the provisions of this standard to conduct self-monitoring. Oil storage facilities storing liquid organic chemicals may refer to the provisions of this standard to conduct self-monitoring. The self-monitoring requirements for self-powered thermal power generators (plants) and supporting power boilers shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 820.

This standard specifies the general requirements for self-monitoring by polluting units in the onshore oil and gas extraction industry, the formulation of monitoring plans, and the basic contents and requirements for information recording and reporting. This standard applies to self-monitoring by polluting units in the onshore oil and gas extraction industry of water and air pollutants they emit during the production and operation phase, as well as noise and the impact on the surrounding environmental quality. Unconventional oil and gas extraction units such as oil sands, oil shale, shale gas, coal bed methane, and natural gas hydrates may refer to this standard for self-monitoring. The self-monitoring requirements for self-owned thermal power generators (plants) and supporting power boilers shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 820.

This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method for the determination of six phthalate ester compounds in water. This standard is applicable to the determination of six phthalate ester compounds, including dimethyl phthalate (DMP), diethyl phthalate (DEP), butylbenzyl phthalate (BBP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), and dicyclohexyl phthalate (DNOP), in surface water, groundwater, domestic wastewater, industrial wastewater, and seawater. For acetonitrile extraction: When the sampling volume is 10.0 ml, the extraction volume is 5.0 ml, and the injection volume is 5 μl, the method detection limits for the six target compounds are 0.8 μg/L to 9 μg/L, and the determination limits are 3.2 μg/L to 36 μg/L. Details are provided in Appendix A. For n-hexane extraction: This method is only applicable to the determination of DBP and DEHP in surface water and groundwater. When the sampling volume is 100 ml, the extraction volume is 2.0 ml, and the injection volume is 10 μl, the method detection limits for DBP and DEHP are 0.4 μg/L and 0.3 μg/L, respectively, and the determination limits are 1.6 μg/L and 1.2 μg/L, respectively.
