Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, test methods, technical requirements, inspection rules, and requirements for packaging, labeling, transportation, and storage of non-fermented soybean products. This standard applies to the production, sale, and inspection of the products defined in Clause 3.1, and does not apply to soybean products made without a pulping process. Products processed from other beans other than soybeans may be implemented with reference to this standard.
