Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labels, packaging, and storage of candied hawthorn products.
This standard applies to candied hawthorn products that are made directly edible by using hawthorn, white sugar, and/or starch sugar as the main raw materials, and are processed through boiling, pulping, molding, drying, or sugar-preserving and drying techniques.
