Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, process flow, process unit control requirements, water quality and system control requirements, and safety and environmental protection requirements for zero-emission technology of industrial circulating cooling water.
This document is applicable to zero-emission treatment of indirect cooling open-loop circulating cooling water systems.
This document is not applicable to circulating cooling water systems that use seawater as supplementary water.
