Scope

This standard specifies the models, main dimensions, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of scandium-sodium series single-ended and double-ended metal halide lamps (hereinafter referred to as lamps) with a power of 50 W to 1,500 W and transparent glass bulbs. Metal halide lamps that comply with this standard and GB 19652 can be normally started and ignited within the range of 92% to 106% of the rated power voltage when using ballasts and triggers that meet the requirements of Appendix A and comply with the requirements of Appendix B.
