Scope
This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage for frozen fish paste products.
This document is applicable to non-ready-to-eat frozen fish paste products and frozen compound fish paste products that are made from animal aquatic products as the main raw materials, with the addition of auxiliary materials such as edible salt and starch, and processed through certain production processes.
