This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, and packaging, transportation, and storage for sweet peppers (Capsicum annum L.).
This standard applies to fresh-market sweet peppers, including those with a sheep (cow) horn shape, conical shape, and lantern shape.
This standard does not apply to sweet peppers intended for processing.
