Scope

GB/T 18997的本部分规定了用嵌入搭接焊铝管为增强金属层,通过共挤热熔粘合剂与内外层塑料复合而成的铝塑复合压力管(简称搭焊铝塑管)的术语和定义、符号和缩略语、分类、使用条件和标记、材料、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本部分适用于冷热水输配系统用耐热聚乙烯搭焊铝塑管、交联聚乙烯搭焊铝塑管和无规共聚聚丙烯搭焊铝塑管,也适用于工作温度不高于40 ℃的冷水、燃气、压缩空气和特种流体输配系统用聚乙烯搭焊铝塑管和交联聚乙烯搭焊铝塑管。
注: 聚乙烯搭焊铝塑管、耐热聚乙烯搭焊铝塑管、交联聚乙烯搭焊铝塑管采用内密封机械连接,无规共聚聚丙烯搭焊铝塑管采用双面热熔承插连接。
