Scope
This document specifies the raw materials and auxiliary materials, product specifications, sensory properties, physical and chemical indicators, and net content requirements for dried oysters. It describes the relevant test methods, provides inspection rules, and sets forth requirements for labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage.
