Scope

Main Technical Content: 1. Scope: This document specifies the technical requirements for the selection of nursery sites, preparation of nursery beds, transplanting of mother plants, management during the seedling stage, and removal and packaging of seedlings for the propagation of strawberry seedlings in greenhouses. This document is applicable to the propagation of strawberry seedlings in greenhouses. 2. Terms and Definitions: This document does not define any terms or definitions. 4. Selection of Nursery Sites: Select a site with flat terrain, convenient irrigation and drainage, and fertile, loose soil for the construction of nursery facilities. 5. Preparation of Nursery Beds 5.1 Soil-Based Nursery 5.1.1 Land Preparation: Remove aboveground plant residues, level the soil, and disinfect it. The disinfection method should refer to the provisions of NY/T 3848 for soil disinfection. High-temperature disinfection, calcium nitrate disinfection, or fumigant disinfection are recommended. The high-temperature disinfection time should be ≥20 days, and if there are volatile residues in the disinfection method, the soil should be aerated for ≥10 days after disinfection. 5.1.2 Base Fertilization: Use soil-based fertilization methods, and refer to the relevant provisions of NY/T 3848 for base fertilization.
