Terms and Definitions: There are no terms or definitions requiring definition in this document. 4. Construction Requirements 4.1 A region with a good ecological environment and no pollution should be selected, away from industrial and mining areas, major highways and railways, and residential areas, and away from pollution sources. 4.2 There should be no industrial and mining enterprises emitting toxic and harmful substances in the upwind direction and upstream of the irrigation water on the production site. The irrigation water source should be deep well water or clean water sources such as reservoirs, and polluted surface water such as sewage or pond water should not be used. The soil in the garden should not be soil improved with industrial waste residues containing toxic and harmful substances. 5.
