This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, labeling, and packaging, as well as transportation and storage for red ginseng products.
This standard applies to the processing and identification of red ginseng.
When ginseng is used as a medicinal product, it should comply with the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (the latest edition).
