Scope

本文件规定了家用和类似用途的插头插座的标志、防触电保护、结构、电气性能、机械性能等技术要求。
本文件适用于户内或户外使用的、家用和类似用途的、仅用于交流电、额定电压在50 V以上但不超过440 V、额定电流不超过32 A、带或不带接地触头的插头和固定式或移动式插座。
对于装有无螺纹端子的固定式插座,额定电流最大仅限为16 A。
本文件不包括暗装式安装盒的要求,只包括对插座进行试验所必要的明装式安装盒的要求。
注1: 对安装盒的通用要求由GB/T 17466给出。
本文件还适用于装在电线组件中的插头、装在延长线插座(电线加长组件)中的插头和移动式插座、以及作为器具的一个部件的插头与插座,在有关器具标准上另有说明者除外。
本文件不适用于:
——工业用插头插座和耦合器;
——器具耦合器;
——特低电压(ELV)用插头和固定式或移动式插座。
注2: 特低电压(ELV)值见GB/T 16895.21中规定。
——与熔断体、自动开关等组合在一起的固定式插座。
注3:带指示灯的插座是允许的,只要所带指示灯符合有关标准(如有)。
符合本文件要求的插头插座适合用于环境温度通常不超过+40 ℃,但是在平均24 h的期间内不超过+35 ℃,环境空气温度的下限值为-5 ℃。
符合本文件要求的、内置或安装在设备内的插座,其安装位置周围的环境温度不能超过35 ℃。
在特殊条件的场所,如船上、车辆上和可能发生爆炸等危险场所,可能要求特殊的结构。
