GB/T 40823-2021 Compact equipment assembly for distribution substation(CEADS)
GB/T 40823-2021 Compact equipment assembly for distribution substation(CEADS)
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the conditions of use, rated values, design and structure, testing, and selection guidelines for compact integrated equipment used in distribution substations.
This document applies to compact integrated equipment consisting of the main electrical functional units of high-voltage/low-voltage distribution substations with a rated frequency of 50 Hz and a rated AC voltage of 3.6 kV to 40.5 kV on the high-voltage side, equipped with appropriate internal connections. This integrated equipment can be connected to the power grid via cables and installed indoors or in enclosed electrical operation areas outdoors.
Compact integrated equipment with a rated AC voltage higher than 40.5 kV on the high-voltage side can refer to this document for guidance.
The compact integrated equipment for distribution substations (CEADS) defined in this document is designed and tested as an independent product, with a unique serial number and related supporting documents.
The functions of CEADS include:
——Opening and closing, and controlling the operation of the high-voltage circuit;
——Protecting the high-voltage/low-voltage transformer functional units;
——High-voltage/low-voltage conversion;
——Opening and controlling the operation and protection of the low-voltage feeder circuit.
The relevant provisions in this document also apply to designs that do not possess all of the above functions, but at least two of them, such as equipment composed solely of high-voltage/low-voltage conversion functions and opening and controlling the operation and protection of the low-voltage feeder circuit.
Note: For the purposes of this document, self-protecting transformers are not considered CEADS but their functional units, and they are designed and tested in accordance with their own product standard IEC 60076-13.
