本文件规定了不透性石墨元件浸渍耐蚀作业的浸渍工艺评定、材料、设备、浸渍、热处理作业、检验和验收、标记、贮存和管理等。
本文件适用于以下石墨设备的不透性石墨元件浸渍作业：
——最大工作压力不大于2.4 MPa；
——设计温度在－70 ℃～400 ℃。
本文件不适用于下列石墨设备：
——核能装置中的石墨容器；
——浇铸类石墨设备。
