Scope
This document specifies the quality requirements, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of compressed edible fungi, and describes the testing methods for compressed edible fungi.
This document is applicable to the production, processing, and sales of six types of compressed edible fungi products, including black fungus, shiitake mushrooms, lion's mane mushrooms, wild mushrooms, hazelnut mushrooms, and snow fungus. Other compressed edible fungi products should be implemented in accordance with this document.
