This rule applies to the safety and energy-saving management of special equipment within the scope of the "Special Equipment Catalogue".
The design, manufacture, modification, repair, and use of site vehicles, as well as their inspection, shall comply with the provisions of these regulations.
本规则适用于《电梯型式试验产品目录》(见附件A,以下简称《目录》)所列产品的型式试验。《目录》所列产品有下列情况之一的,应当进行型式试验:(1)制造单位首次制造或者境外制造在境内首次投入使用的;(2)产品主要参数超出适用范围的;(3)产品型式试验要求中规定的产品配置发生变更的;(4）出现其他影响产品安全性能,国家质量监督检验检疫总局(以下简称国家质检总局)提出型式试验要求的
This rule applies to the regular inspection and initial inspection of lifting machinery within the scope of the "Special Equipment Catalogue". The scope of lifting machinery subject to initial inspection is in accordance with the "Catalogue of Lifting Machinery Subject to Initial Inspection" (see Annex A). For large-scale lifting machinery installed with a safety monitoring management system, the specific scope is in accordance with the "Catalogue of Large-scale Lifting Machinery Installed with a Safety Monitoring Management System" (see Annex B), and the initial inspection items shall include the relevant content of the safety monitoring management system. For the following cranes in Annex B, the regular inspection shall include the relevant content of the safety monitoring management system: (1) Those that have undergone supervision inspection in accordance with the requirements of the "Rules for Supervision and Inspection of Major Installation, Modification and Repair of Lifting Machinery" (TSG Q7016); (2) Those that have undergone initial inspection in accordance with the requirements of this rule; and (3) Those that meet the requirements of Article 23 of this rule.
The amendment of these rules adds requirements related to large-scale lifting machinery safety monitoring and management systems and simple elevators, refines the requirements for special safety protection and protective devices of lifting machinery, adjusts the scope of supervision and inspection, improves the judgment principles of supervision and inspection conclusions, and updates relevant content. It provides a basis for better guiding and regulating the installation, modification, and major repair supervision and inspection of lifting machinery
This regulation applies to pressure vessels defined in the Special Equipment Catalogue that meet the following conditions: (1) working pressure greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa (Note 1-2); (2) volume greater than or equal to 0.03 m3 and an inner diameter (for non-circular sections, the maximum geometric dimension of the inner boundary) greater than or equal to 150 mm (Note 1-3); (3) the medium contained is gas, liquefied gas, or a liquid with a maximum working temperature equal to or greater than its standard boiling point (Note 1-4). This regulation does not apply to the following vessels: (1) mobile pressure vessels, gas cylinders, and oxygen chambers; (2) military equipment, nuclear facilities, aerospace vehicles, railway locomotives, offshore facilities, and ships, as well as pressure vessels used in underground mines; (3) containers with a normal operating working pressure less than 0.1 MPa (including those connected to the atmosphere that need to withstand instantaneous pressures equal to or greater than 0.1 MPa during feeding or discharging); (4) pressurized chambers integrated as a whole or as components in rotating or reciprocating mechanical equipment (such as pump housings, compressor housings, turbine housings, hydraulic cylinders, papermaking rollers, etc.); (5) plate heat exchangers, spiral plate heat exchangers, air-cooled heat exchangers, and cooling fin tubes; (6) steam heating coils in atmospheric pressure vessels and tubular heating furnaces in process equipment; (7) fully enclosed switchgear dedicated to the power industry (such as capacitor pressure vessels); (8) tire vulcanizers and pressurized rubber molds used in the rubber industry; (9) unreinforced plastic pressure vessels.
This regulation applies to medical oxygen chambers and high-pressure chambers within the scope specified in the "Special Equipment Catalogue"
This rule applies to the supervision and inspection work of boiler manufacturing, installation, modification, and major repairs required by the "Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as the "Boiler Regulations") used within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
This rule applies to the regular inspection of boilers as required by the "Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as the "Boiler Regulations")
