TSG R0005-2011 Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Transportable Pressure Vessel

This regulation applies to mobile pressure vessels that meet the following conditions simultaneously: (1) having the function of loading and unloading media, and participating in railway, road, or waterway transportation; (2) the working pressure of the tank body being equal to or greater than 0.1MPa, and the nominal working pressure of the gas cylinder being equal to or greater than 0.2MPa; (3) the tank body capacity being equal to or greater than 450L, and the gas cylinder volume being equal to or greater than 1000L; (4) the media loaded being gases and liquids with a maximum working temperature equal to or greater than their standard boiling point. The mobile pressure vessels covered by this regulation, in addition to the tank body or gas cylinder, pipelines, safety accessories, and loading and unloading accessories, also include running devices or frames. This regulation stipulates the basic safety requirements for mobile pressure vessels. Technical standards and management systems related to mobile pressure vessels shall not be lower than the requirements of this regulation.

TSG G8001-2011 Examination Rules for Boiler Water (Medium) Treatment Inspectors

Article I: In order to standardize the assessment of boiler water (medium) treatment inspectors and improve the quality of boiler water (medium) treatment inspection and testing work, these rules are formulated in accordance with the "Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"). Article II: These rules apply to the assessment and management of boiler water (medium) treatment inspectors within the scope specified in the Regulations. Article III: Personnel engaged in boiler water (medium) treatment inspection and testing work shall pass the qualification assessment for water (medium) treatment inspectors stipulated in these rules and obtain the "Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Personnel Certificate" issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (hereinafter referred to as the "National Quality Supervision and Inspection Administration") (see Annex A) before they can engage in boiler water (medium) treatment inspection and testing work for corresponding projects. Article IV: The levels of boiler water (medium) treatment inspectors are divided into inspectors, inspectors, and senior inspectors, and the inspection and testing items are divided into boiler water treatment inspection and organic heat carrier inspection. The permitted scope of work is shown in Annex B. Article V: After special equipment inspection and testing institutions employ certified boiler water (medium) treatment inspectors, they shall apply to the China Special Equipment Inspection Association for the registration of special equipment inspection and testing personnel in a timely manner. Article VI: The assessment of boiler water (medium) treatment inspectors shall be organized and implemented by the examination institutions designated by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Administration.
