TSG R0004-2009 Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel

This regulation applies to pressure vessels that meet the following conditions simultaneously: (1) A working pressure greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa (Note 1-2); (2) A product of working pressure and volume greater than or equal to 2.5 MPa·L (Note 1-3); (3) A medium contained in the vessel being a gas, a liquefied gas, or a liquid with a maximum working temperature equal to or higher than its standard boiling point (Note 1-4). Among these, ultra-high pressure vessels shall comply with the provisions of the *Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Ultra-High Pressure Vessels*, non-metallic pressure vessels shall comply with the provisions of the *Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Non-Metallic Pressure Vessels*, and simple pressure vessels shall comply with the provisions of the *Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Simple Pressure Vessels*. Note 1-2: Working pressure refers to the maximum pressure (gauge pressure) that a pressure vessel may reach during normal operation. Note 1-3: Volume refers to the geometric volume of the pressure vessel, calculated based on the dimensions specified in the design drawings (excluding manufacturing tolerances) and rounded to the nearest integer. Generally, the volume of internal components permanently connected within the pressure vessel shall be deducted. Note 1-4: For vessels containing a liquid with a maximum working temperature below its standard boiling point, if the product of the gas phase space volume and working pressure exceeds 2.5 MPa·L, these vessels also fall within the scope of this regulation. Special provisions on the scope of application: Units using pressure vessels shall refer to the relevant provisions of this regulation for management and be responsible for the safety management of pressure vessels within the scope of this article. These rules apply to the use and management of lifting machinery within the scope specified in the "Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment". The units using lifting machinery shall ensure the safe use of lifting machinery in accordance with the requirements of these rules. TSG D0001-2009 Pressure Pipe Safety Technology Supervision Regulation for Industrial Pressure Pipe

This regulation applies to process devices, auxiliary devices, and industrial pipelines (hereinafter referred to as pipelines) belonging to public utilities within the boundaries that meet the following conditions simultaneously: (1) The maximum working pressure is greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure, hereinafter the same); (2) The nominal diameter (Note 1) is greater than 25 mm; (3) The medium transported is gas, steam, liquefied gas, liquid with a maximum working temperature higher than or equal to its standard boiling point, or flammable, explosive, toxic, or corrosive liquids. The scope of pipelines applicable to this regulation is as follows: (1) Pipeline components, including pipeline components (Note 2) and pipeline supports (Note 3); (2) Connection joints between pipeline components, and the first connection joint (welds, flanges) between pipelines and equipment or devices.
