本文件规定了饮用和非饮用热水供应管道用的硫化橡胶密封圈的材料要求。
本文件规定的各种密封圈的标识是根据密封圈的级别、用途及要求确定。
本文件也规定了成品密封圈的一般要求。由于管道接口的性能与密封圈材料性能、密封圈几何形状及接口设计相关,相关产品标准还规定了特定应用场景所需的额外要求。本文件旨在适当的情况下与规定接口性能要求的产品标准一起使用。
本文件适用于铸铁管道、钢管道、陶瓷管道、水泥管道、钢筋水泥管道、塑料管道及玻璃纤维增强塑料管道等所有管接口密封圈。
本文件适用于复合的或非复合的密封圈的弹性体部分。对于硬度为76 IRHD~95 IRHD 的材料制成的复合密封圈,只有当橡胶材料参与密封作用或要求密封长期稳定使用时才适用拉断伸长率、压缩永久变形及应力松弛要求。
本文件中规定的材料要求是为长期在最高达110 ℃热水中工作50年的潜在寿命而设计的。附录A规定的材料要求是为最高达130 ℃热水中工作30年的潜在寿命而设计的。密封寿命不仅取决于材料性能,还取决于本文件中未定义的其他参数,如安装设计、装配质量以及与工作条件的结合。
本文件不适用于由发泡橡胶材料制成的管接头密封圈。
