Scope
This standard specifies the evaluation requirements, evaluation elements, and continuous improvement for quality and safety assessments of food-related product manufacturing enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "manufacturing enterprises"). This standard applies to the full-process quality and safety assessments of food-related products for enterprises that do not hold production licenses, and to the hygiene and quality safety assessments during the production process of food processing equipment. Other food-related product manufacturing enterprises may refer to this standard for quality and safety assessments and standardized management.
