Scope
本标准规定了石油、天然气工业用螺柱连接阀盖的钢制闸阀(以下简称闸阀)的结构型式、技术要求、材料、试验方法、检验规则、标志、防护、包装和贮运。
本标准适用于公称压力PN16~PN420、公称尺寸DN25~DN1050,压力等级Class150~Class2500、公称尺寸NPS1~NPS42,适用温度-46 ℃~550 ℃的法兰或焊接连接闸阀,包括:明杆螺纹和支架形式(升降式阀杆、非升降式手轮),金属密封副,楔式单闸板、楔式双闸板、平行双闸板结构闸阀和压力自紧密封阀盖的闸阀。
端部为螺纹连接和卡箍连接的闸阀可参照执行。
