Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements for sample preparation, testing equipment, testing conditions, testing procedures, test results, and test reports for performance tests of remanufactured laser cladding layers, including thickness, metallographic structure analysis, tensile testing, bending testing, impact testing, fracture analysis, hardness, surface defects of cladding layers, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. This document is applicable to performance testing of laser cladding layers on remanufactured mechanical products; new products manufactured using the same process can also refer to and implement it accordingly.
