Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, and test requirements for low-voltage reactive power compensation switching devices.
This standard applies to low-voltage reactive power compensation switching devices (hereinafter referred to as switching devices) with a rated AC voltage of not more than 1,000 (or 1,140) V and a frequency of not more than 1,000 Hz.
