Scope

本文件规定了电动汽车传导充电系统分类、通用要求、通信、电击防护、电动汽车和电动汽车电能传输设备之间的连接、车辆适配器、车辆接口、供电接口的特殊要求、电动汽车电能传输设备结构要求、性能要求、过载保护和短路保护、急停、使用条件、维修、标识和说明。
注1: 在不引起混淆的情况下,本文件中的“电动汽车电能传输设备”简称为“供电设备”。
本文件适用于电流控制和/或电压控制的非车载传导式供电设备,以实现电动汽车可充电储能系统与供电网(电源)之间单向/双向能量流动,其供电网侧(A侧)额定电压不超过1 000 V AC或1 500 V DC,电动汽车侧(B侧)额定最大电压不超过1 000 V AC或1 500 V DC。
本文件也适用于从现场储能系统(如缓冲蓄电池组等)获得能量的供电设备。
本文件适用于可外接充电或充放电的电动汽车,包括纯电动汽车、可外接充电式混合动力汽车及燃料电池混合动力电动汽车的传导充电或充放电系统。
有轨电车、铁路车辆、工业车辆等的传导充电或充放电系统参照使用。
本文件不适用于与电动汽车传导充电/充放电系统维护相关的安全要求,不适用于GB/T 40432规定的车载充电设备,也不适用于无轨电车。
除本文件规定的电动汽车关键部件(车辆侧车辆插座、控制导引电路、车辆断开装置)以外的部件要求参照电动汽车相关标准。
